🍪 Fresh Cookies

Our cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped with love. Because they're perishable food items, we have a few guidelines:

• No returns on cookies — Since they're made fresh, we can't accept returns on cookie orders.
• Damaged or incorrect orders — If your cookies arrive damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Quality guarantee — We stand behind our bakes! If you're not happy with the quality, let us know and we'll work with you.

👕 Clothing & Merch

We want you to love your Chunky gear! Here's how returns work:

• 30-day return window — You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
• Free returns — We cover return shipping within the UK. International customers, please contact us for a return label.
• Refund processing — Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges — Need a different size or color? Just let us know in your return note and we'll send a replacement as soon as we receive your return.
